In vitro evaluation of the protective effects of Curcumin and Resveratrol against U87 Cells Induced by Beta-Amyloid

Objective: This study was carried out to investigate the effects of curcumin and resveratrol antioxidant enzymes in β-amyloid (Aβ)-induced vitro Alzheimer's Disease (AD) cell model. Methods: In three groups were created; The control group consisted U87 lines, Aβ which AH model formed including β-amyloid-induced U-87 Aβ+ Curcumin+ Resveratrol by adding group. Cell viability evaluated with 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2, 5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) test.
